At the beginning of 2020, I started to make a shift from being 100% immersed in the disability/mental health industry and start to open up to other opportunities to grow my passions and shift away from burnout and overstretch, then COVID-19 hit and by March I was forced out of all employment for one remaining commitment.

This has been a complete gift for aligning to value and placing intention. I have a wealth of personal experience in establishing, co-ordination and facilitating spaces for differently-abled people who desire a more gentle approach for building connection and creating movement. This also works for working with the elderly and hospital performances.
