Once we were all arrived it was an absolute delight to make the most of this killer day and enjoy the beautiful reserve for our second Naturally Creative You road trip and outdoor adventure grounding us after COVID-19 saw us in lockdown and self-isolation for so long.

Our first mission, a slow walk from one end of the walkway to the other enjoying the sun, the dogs and the sights and smells. As you can see the water is very clear and super still.

When we got to the far end of the boardwalk I was eager for our group members to source items to hang from their bookmarks we recently added to our journals.

The perfect shell mission begins. A deeply peaceful mission to source amoungst the rocks.

Throwing rocks just for the pleasure of it.

Time stops for no-one and soon we had to make our way back to head back for lunch and afternoon programs. Everyone had made something wonderfully magic happen with their journal and shells collected for our missing friends.

And back we go.

And back we go.

What an amazing morning. A beautiful winter day

What an amazing morning. A beautiful winter day

An invitation to you. On these beautiful days, get out an explore what your local neighborhood has to offer. Sit, breathe, walk, and see all the wonderful things happening all around, be refreshed by the offerings of nature and allow yourself to be re-energized.

You might ask what is the point in looking at these pictures or reading about these experiences? These are invitations to make space for yourself and to allow space for the unexpected to surprise you and let things unfold before you.

Magic happens in the smallest moments of each day if we pause to see it happen.

With love and blessings.
